Ferguson residents complained that the police enforced minor traffic laws.
Baltimore residents want the police to start patrolling again if they ignore minor crimes.
Do certain groups get a pass on minor crimes but everyone else has to obey them?
Who decides what is a minor crime? In the case of Michael Brown stealing cigars, are petty theft laws unenforceable? Are traffic laws unenforceable? What about motor vehicle safety laws?
What must be done to appease the offended? Do we create separate courts for easily offended people?
If we are not going to enforce the laws, shouldn't we take them off the books.
