First thing to pay attention to. Your headers.
Cheap builders do cheap headers. First sign of cheap work, is a 2x4 flat across your interior door top as a header.
Bad headers = problems down the road.

Nothing crazy in the one that I am picking. The only addition was a tile walk in shower versus a fiberglass insert.
