I googled the chick's name who is selling the house down the street from me and she was featured on TheDirty not once, butt twice. I knew something was off with her when I dropped into her open house. She couldn't answer a single question about the place without looking at the fact sheet and had "I love dick" eyes.

Seriously, she was working at a smoothie store down in Scottsdale 2 years ago and is now standing in open houses for high-end homes.

I know there are some good realtors out there, butt the lion's share have failed at everything else before stumbling into that profession.
