No. No, she didn't. TS re-posted the image that one of her fans posted to TS's page as one of her own. It's not TS's fault the fan lied.

regardless she used something that wasn't hers to promote her mega-album and she actually had nerve to offer the original artist 4 figures IF she donated it.
What if someone covered one of her songs and made millions off it but didn't know it was her song cause their "friend" told them wrong?
Law suit that's what.
