Serious question - do you think accuracy and/or touch can be taught? I can see coaches getting a QB comfortable in the system and learning how to read a defense pre-snap etc. but accuracy is hard to teach.

Touch can be taught because I've seent it. Either Rohan or Jamarcus, can't remember which, had the same problem with short passes as Harris when he first started. After Fisher got done with him, it was night and day better.
