Oklahoma State had Clemson scheduled for the non-conference this season. But when Notre Dame made their special deal with the ACC Clemson backed out so that ND would fit on their schedule. That's why we got stuck with Central Arkansas.
Will be interesting to see if that Clemson game is what gets Notre Dame in (and possibly keep Okie State out?)
