As a Les Miles fan, I still get upset with his stubbornness, and inability to adapt and attack a team's weaknesses as opposed to simply doing what we do best regardless of the other teams' strengths and weaknesses.

However, most of you may have seen this, but this is the first time I have seen it. When asked about losing five in a row and if he has thought about adapting the offense to become more effective against Alabama......Les replied that we have not been in a position to win only twice in the five games....so why change our scheme because we weren't effective only twice.........or something to that effect. It is frustrating that we have yet to adapt, and it appeared we had no contingency plan in case the run failed.....but it's even more frustrating that Les still doesn't believe that his strategy is flawed.....it's unbelievable....and I'm a Miles fan.

It's stubborn to the point of just being stupid.

It's like running into a brick wall 19 times but thinking the next time will be different.

We're playing right into the opponent's hand. Bama's defense is built to stop an I-Formation run attack like ours.

You don't attack your opponent at their strength. And you certainly don't continue to do that once it's been ridiculously proven to be ineffective.

We saw success from the play-action. They were obviously not going to let LF beat them. Our WRs proved they could win on the edges.

Instead of jamming everyone together in an I Formation, why not spread the formation out and create some space? Put LF in the slot. Throw him the ball and give him a chance to do something. Run some screens.

Play action was working. What do we do? Crowd everyone up as tight as possible and continue running into the teeth of the defense.

As a fan, it is just so hard to watch. I felt bad for LF.

It's obvious our Oline is getting beat. Do we change our offense strategy to help them out? No, of course not, lets keep running into the wall.

Then, when the coach is asked about it, he's so arrogantly stupid that he fully admits that he has no plans of changing strategy. Meanwhile, the opponent just laughs and is thankful that we continue to play right into their hands.

I would recommend that Miles read "The Art of War", but I remembered he doesn't read books and remind myself he's too stubborn to accept or apply any of it's principles.
