PS3 Games On PS4

Long time lurker hardly ever post, but having a hard time finding the answer I'm looking for. I know the PS4 has a streaming service for PS3 games but are games like College football and basketball available? It's the only thing holding me back from making the switch

PS NOW is the service. It has a pretty small list of games so I doubt it. Overall the service is a bust.

Yea, the cost to have the service is incredibly over priced. Couple that with the cost of just using it as a digital rental store like a Block buster and you could probably go to gamestop and buy the game for cheaper than what they want to charge you.
