Yeah, if you don't have any muscle. OP, unless you're skinny fat, you should be avoiding lots of cardio and lift heavy shite instead. Sounds like you need about 10 lbs of muscle.

Agreed. Heavy barbell movements (squats, deads, over head pressing, pullups and rows) will work; if he hits the shoulders hard that will benefit him even more
