It doesn't really matter. We're screwed either way if Brees doesn't play. Hell, lately, we can't even win with Brees.
I guess I'd rather see Grayson, but there is such thing as playing a QB too early and ruining his confidence. If Brees goes down then we're getting a top 3 pick.

As an LSU fan, I hate this saying, but I suppose there is some truth to it
