I know most of the people around my area would opt to keep it where it is now just so they can make two different openings.
simple enough, give me an extra week in January over November
ETA: and I'd venture to say 75-80% of the people in Lake Bouef opening day might hunt a total of 5 days during the season

i'd take an extra week in January, but i'm more talking about keep the zones how they are, not the dates. I usually make coot shoot then hunt on the WMA the rest of the season so it doesn't make me any difference
but that 5 day meat haul is enough to last the year
