For an Arsenal fan?
I would set it to:
100% make up effects.
100% perfectly quafed hair.
100% clean clothes (OMG I hate getting grass stains ewww).
100% 100%

I've used the Operation Sports' Community ones for years. They give more realistic stats and reward better play over just having the fastest players, which was a problem for me in the last few games. Also, they make the CPU tough but not automatic on passes and shots on Legendary or World Class.
These are the ones for 16, and they haven't changed much compared to what they usually have to tweak: LINK
