Just impeach her. This is a waste of the taxpayers dime. Yeah, no way should she be allowed to keep her current job, but putting her in jail for this is just a waste of everyone's effort and time.

That's what I'm thinking would be the correct move here. Throwing her in jail seems a bit over the top. Just replace her with someone else that does not have a problem with preforming all aspects of the job.

BTW, none of this would be happening if the freaking state would just get out of the marrying business all together. Just my opinion.

How so? It's a textbook case of ignoring a court-ordered constitutional mandate, punishable by... Contempt of court! She had three options:
1) Follow the mandate of Obergefell
2) Quit
3) Go to jail

Being the hypocritical attention whore she is, she chose 3. Case closed.

Just replace her

That's not how this works.

So, don't do your government job's expected function and be put in jail. How is it that all those people working for immigration are not in jail since they are letting illegals in by the droves. And Obama picks what laws he will and will not uphold--no jail time. But glad we can hold this one Ky clerk's feet to the fire. Onward
