Let's look at our only fair example to compare this years QB situation to and how our fans "should" react...
2011 - Though he had rocky seasons prior, the LSU fan base quickly quickly supported General Lee becuase he won football games and played well overall...up until the Bama game. What happened then?? was Lee boo'd off the field? I don't think he was.
Point is that when the majority of the fanbase is behind someone, they are not nearly as quick to boo.
On the other hand...see Jennings last season, JJ in 2011, and Lee in 2008 & 09. Folks those years wanted the other QB. Yes, even JJ was the favorite QB in a few of his years here.
