Why are people so angry that these coaches are paid well for being good at their job? And Texas ranks pretty well as far as schools go

I'll pay a lawyer, accountant, physician, etc. for being good at his/her job.........a HS football coach is debatable especially when their track record doesn't support solid revenues from said track record.
There are limits to compensation in some fields and this is one that is close to being over the top.
That said, I'm not angry.
