Actually, the big hits he played the full drum kit on were You Can't Always Get What You Want and Tumbling Dice.
(ETA: Miller is credited with playing percussion on Gimme Shelter, just not drums. He played percussion on a shite ton of Stones' songs - famously the cowbell in Honky Tonk Woman.)

Miller also played on Shine A Light.
But that in no way discredits Watts. Richards for instance did not play on the tune at all. There is also some debate on how accurate Jagger's album credits were given the environment in which they were recorded.
