He was never really tried. He saw the writing of on the wall and plead down to manslaughter. But to answer your question, most definitely yes. The cover up by Glaudi who investigated the shooting and did his best to help his fellow murderer out by covering facts up.

Which is an option afforded to lots of people on trial, even murderers. You have a problem with that? Maybe we should take away all rights of every citizen accused of a crime.
