Ok. Well just give 30-days written notice (it doesn't need to be notarized or anything, but keep a copy for yourself) and request a final statement for repairs, utilities, etc. and ask that it be taken out of your deposit. If you owe after that, cut a check. If you're owed, leave a forwarding address (unless you can just pick it up).
