I had a roommate who served in Baghdad and he said he hotter than you can imagine. Had full gear too. Said he would drink gallons of water a day and hardly ever piss

It easily reaches 100 degrees by 6am.
Served in Baghdad twice, Kirkuk once. I don't ever want to go back.
At least here in Afghanistan it rains from time to time.
