It really scares me how some of yall choose not to take in all the facts of a case.
Wait, the article says Gonzes followed Doyle to his home, right?
Is that not correct?
As for the 911 calls, it doesn't override Gonzales's actions of confronting Doyle at his home (unless that is wrong)
Eta: the article is written in a way that makes it seem like the confrontation takes place at Doyle's home. If that's not the case then that changes things dramatically.

Like I said, your thought process scares me. There's more than one fact in this case, but you're letting one outweigh all of the others.
