Stand your ground states that YOU don't have to retreat when faced with a threat. It doesn't say that if your "threat" retreats you can still shoot him.
The guy w/o a gun was backing away... guy w/ a gun still shot him. That has nothing to do w/ stand your ground laws.
Also, this is damning in itself:

The guy with the gun was standing his ground. The guy without the gun didn't have any ground to stand regardless of how far he ran. And why would it matter where he shot him? You can stand your ground in someone's chest just as easily as you can stand your ground in their back. Legal shooting no doubt.
