What?! He's a great defensive counterpuncher and incredibly smart in the ring, but he's not a complete fighter- even in his prime he didn't have top level power and he's lacked the courage to risk his record and climb the divisions in the way a lot of past greats did (imagine if Roy Jones Jr for example never goes heavyweight - he retires essentially unbeaten (1 DQ) but also no heavyweight belt))
It'd be like calling a high average slap singles hitter the greatest hitter of all time since he had a higher average than Ruth or Bonds.
