To me the difference between The Bruery and Deschutes/Bells/OskarBlues is that The Bruery makes some AWFUL beers, has issues with contamination of clean beer, and is often overpriced.

Deschutes/Bells/OskarBlues have none of these problems. If you look at those three, most of their year round line up isn't very exciting. Even some of their seasonals that were once considered outstanding now look a little dated compared to current trends, but all of the beers I've had from these breweries were well crafted and enjoyable.

I've tutu'd multiple beers from The Bruery, never one from the other three.

I hear you.

Like I said, I like Bells and Oskar Blues (quite a lot actually).

They've been available for so long here, so I guess that taints my view a bit. I've had them a lot, so I am not as impressed as I once was I suppose.

I about wet myself when Dale's came out here. And in cans for a great beer for the pool!
