There is natural seepage but their are other wells that are actively leaking oil in the gulf. Taylor energy has a platform destroyed by hurricane Ivan and has been leaking since 2004. The oil patties I have seen aren't the same as what I saw pre-BP. The Corexit from the BP stuff has me more concerned than anything else.
