It obviously had to be a director or higher. Not everyone in baseball ops would get access to these files (back when Lunhow was in STL).
The big wigs will almost always know about this, but they will be able to pin it on a single exec or high-level employee and move on. I would be shocked if Correa was the only one involved.

Well thats surprising. I mean Cubs fans are the highest and most credible source on unbiased Cardinals information.
