It's pretty easy to add it up.

The full band takes up about 450-500 seats. Depending on which school it is, that could be anywhere from $25k to $50k right there.

Feeding that many people 3-4 meals is $10k or more.

100 hotel rooms is another $10k.

Then add the buses, state troopers, equipment trucks, and other expenses. It isn't cheap.
