Wasn't planning on drinking the entire bottle, but after about five ounces this is about to get the tetu treatment. I'm getting rotten fruit on the finish and some weird umami flavor that doesn't belong in a stout.

That's too bad and surprising considering the packaging. I would've thought the wax would have helped it age gracefully for years.
