Cavs resign everyone besides Delly and maybe TT and are able to trade 1st round pick + Haywood to Spurs for Danny Green and Patty Mills.
Spurs need something to help them sign Aldridge in FA.

Trading Splitter or having a wink-wink deal with Duncan does the same trick.
Also, the Spurs won't do anything to help a legitimate title contender.
Green is clearly better off in San Antonio than anywhere else in the league.
Zach Lowe mentioned Spurs looking at Jimmy Butler. That would be scary.
