I think the raptors had a change of heart at the end because it wasn't as chaotic with so many other folks around, not to mention the setting, I'd consider it plausible that they couldn't kill Pratt
Also, I don't think the IR killed any raptors until the end when it slung one off of her. The others were killed when they were chasing the truck or one looked to be killed with an rpg

Don't forget that Pratt had calmed down one of the raptors in the initial hunt even after it had turned sides before they blew it to smoke with a rocket

I Rex killed two. One was killed by an explosive
None of them died chasing the truck
