The hospital, doctor's office, etc can blabber all they want about how much you will owe because they have checked your insurance and all that crap, but it all comes down to whatever the insurance company spits back after the claim is sent in. I actually do medical billing and the crap still sucks.

Fighting with dental insurance right now....apparently Delta will pay for ONE crown on a tooth, but if it needs to be replaced, you're on your own. WTF? No one breaks a crown by choice.....it's like a car tire, if you have one long enough, it may chip or crack.
