I am not saying the Titans didn't pick poorly. I am talking to the noob that said he was propped up as 1st round talent by the Nfl. If I were a GM, I probably wouldn't draft qbs in the 1st round.

Me either, at least not top 15 unless it was Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning, etc. (fricking Colts
) Once in a decade guys.
I would probably trade down for several proven players and a few 2nd rounders or something unless I was enamored with an OT or DE.
