Don't you know we are supposed to take first rounders in the fifth? I mean that's the only names the causual fans know anyway.

It's the same shite every year. Of course most people don't know these names. The only names the media shoves down our throats is the guys projected to go in the first. So if you don't research and aren't a knowledgeable fan of a college team/teams then you won't recognize anyone later in the draft/past the first or second round.

And it's funny how everyone assumes guard isn't addressed like they know how much Payton likes or hates Lelito or Kelemete or that he doesn't plan on moving Strief or Armstead inside eventually.

Same goes with receivers. Just because YOU don't think much of the guys doesn't mean Payton shares that opinion.

As far as a "grade" I give it an A+++ because we finally drafted a LB in the first after 20 years, and we got another in the second when the highest one they've ever drafted under Payton was one in the third (Wilson). Plus we picked up Tull to boot.

B- to C+. I understand the pick of the QB, and he looks pretty good ... but... I think they could have picked up a WR there, or a guard (I won't say who, b/c for some reason it's not permitted in discussion.) Peat was probably too good not to be taken. The two LBs look good. We'll see. Djon't know anything about the DT or CB (Williams.)
