re: Police K-9 attacks man as he sits on couch with hands in the air

1) Put the dog down.

2) Put the K-9 handler down.

3) Put the dipshits who tased him after his face was already hanging off his cheekbones down.

Why in the hell were there 4-5 officers on the scene and a k-9 for a guy burning an old christmas tree in his backyard- something that at the very worst warranbts a fine.
