Anyone who thinks the AI was not, at least, partially in Ultron missed that Ultron knew an infinite stone was in it. Only way he could have known was if the AI from the staff was still a part of him.

Solid flick, but I thought the movie dragged a bit.
Some thoughts:
1)Iron Man vs Hulk was awesome
2)Too much comedy
3)Lindsey from Freaks and geeks is still hot
4)Did not see Quicksilver dying
5)When are Cap and that falcon dude coming out of the closet?
