Having just taken my property exam two days ago, I can tell you this is a really easy case. Since I am not yet licensed to practice law, it is illegal for me to offer you advice. Also, anyone who actually knows the answer probably isn't going to give you free advice. You clearly have no idea what your rights and obligations are, so go see a lawyer.
