The mold is is both bathrooms under the sinks, in the hvac system, and around window frames upstairs and down. This house flooded 2 years ago when hurricane Isaac hit. I wasn't living here then. The landlord says it ONLY flooded 2 feet and he replaced 4 feet of all sheet rock. I talked to the landlord weeks ago after discovering it under the dunks first and then elsewhere. He sent a couple of " handymen " to check it out . They confirmed it was mold and left . The landlord hasn't called , returned calls/texts or sent anyone else out to inspect it. As far as the dumbass who was making fun of me fir seeking "free legal advice " , go frick yourself. My father is an attorney in Texas (we don't exactly have the greatest relationship with him ) and is also looking into matters for us. I've always respected the forum on TD and have found out many things from folks who have experienced things first hand . All I was looking for was " free advice " from those who know what I'm going through. To those of you who actually replied helpful thoughts, thank you . I'm hesitant to with hold any further rent payments but I also want him to know we mean business and NEED this addressed ASAP . My father in law did tell us to contact the st tammany board of health/ health dept and see if they can come out and check things out. Thanks again peeps!

I suspect most AC ducts have mold.
Also many have mold under the sinks from leaking.
Single pane windows with aluminum frames usually condense water and may have some mold.
