Because across the world over 50 percent of people don't have that half a brain.
Why do people weigh 400 pounds? Clearly not healthy.
Why do people think a criminal dieing in a struggle he created with the police allows them to steal, destroy property and injure others?
Why do people condone those thuggish actions and make every excuse?
Why do we have countries hell bent on destruction of others, also ensuring their own destruction?
Simply people don't have that half of a brain you were asking about
