Rent auger two man auger

Ask buddy to help auger holes.

Auger every 8 feet

Put 4x4 post in holes

Mix quikcrete in wheel barrow

Fill holes with quikcrete and level post

As mix starts to set, continue check level and adjust if need due to movement

Wait a day

Fasten 2x4s to posts using galvanized screws or nails. Three bands per span of 8ft

Starting at one end of fence, fasten slats to bands. Two screws or nails into each band

Youtube gate design of your choice and build

Unless you just have zero time available, you are just paying somebody handsomely to do one of the easiest home projects. Building a fence is very simple.

Ya, I'm gonna go ahead and pay someone to make it not look shitty.

I DIY the stuff I can talk myself into. Usually starts off with "No way" then "Let me see" to "That doesn't look that hard" to "God fricking damn it, I keep messing up and its taking me hours" to "That'll work I guess"

I also feel like the home buying/tool industry is a giant conspiracy. I don't think I've ever done a project that didn't devolve into me buying a tool to complete the task the previous tool couldn't quite wrap up. At the end, I have 3 to 4 tools I didn't have before. The tool people were behind the housing bubble, I'm convinced.

All I did was pour the quikcrete into the hole with the post. Then sprayed the top with water. I was told it'll get the water it needs from the ground.
