Two pounds ground lean turkey meat.

1 pack mushrooms
1 onion.

One jar tomato sauce.

One pack oatmeal.

One pack of lettuce.

Make a meatloaf. Eat oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, meatloaf for dinner.

This isn't hard.
