This is just a wee bit of an exaggeration. Plenty of new hires in NOLA coming form the ADN route. I know several within the last year, of which some have already gotten raises.

My email from my hospital saying either I get my BSN before 2020 or I no longer have a job wasn't an exaggeration. It is a trend in nursing right now that is happening nationwide. Just because it may not be happening in NOLA doesn't mean it isn't happening elsewhere.
