I find that men can be a lot better at it than women. Women will not hit the eject button in a relationship until they have another one locked down. That's also why they melt down so badly when they get dumped unexpectedly.

A lot of men just see it as more freedom when their relationships end. Basically, all they miss is the semi-regular sex.
