I like Nolan's stuff overall. Liked Interstellar and the first Batman movie, loved the Prestige and Inception.
The second two Batman movies are crap though. The only reason the second gets any love is Heath Ledger. Aside from that, it is was a junk movie with a distractingly ugly female lead that unraveled more and more as it went on to the point that it was a boring, discombobulated mess by the end. The third picked up in Awfultown where the second left off and was just terrible throughout.
So Nolan, a director I like overall, is far from perfect. Interstellar has imperfections, and a less than satisfying end sequence, but I enjoyed the movie as a whole.
