re: What is the best method to combat motion sickness when deep sea fishing?

I have never gotten sea sick so it is hard to say what meds work best.

Stay hydrated.
Look at the horizon and don't focus on the area in close proximity to the boat.
Don't talk about the possibility of being seasick much before heading out.
