No it's not. Is it experiencing some issues due to recent OPEC strategies? Sure.
It will correct but I do think it will be longer than some expect. That said, Texas is far more diverse than the mid 80's......it will survive

Texas will do more than survive. It will still grow.
The states that are in a bad way right now are Wyoming and North Dakota. Particularly North Dakota.
