Filled radiator with water. Water looked to be coming from underneath. Fan kicks on then kicks off.

gravity will do this you should open the hood and look at hoses, and your radiator if you know somebody that has a system pressure checker that would be your best bet because you could check for leaks without the noise from the engine running
