There's no play to draw up for a full court pass tip in. The game was over after the made basket.

You set a pick and try a football pass towards your goal. I already said its very unlikely it works but a .000000001 chance is better than none.
Did not calling a timeout lose it? No of course not. The issue is the coach isn't smart enough to call a timeout and try to get more time put on for a Hail Mary type play.
