This point, I completely agree with. Your first point, I am not so sure. We would have had criticism of Jones for keeping an uptempo pace if NC State decided to hit a few threes.

im not saying we should have kept running because we couldnt, nc state started to make shots, got back and reset which slowed down the game and made it a halfcourt game.

trouble is, as we've seen, these guys are basically clueless in that situation
