A fricking 2LT failing a PT test while at BOLC is disasterous. If you cant manage to do 45 pushups 55 sit ups and run a sub 15:45 2 mile, then you arent motivated enough. How in the hell do you expect to be seen as a leader if you cant do the basics? You need to have that mind set in everything you do.
