I don't think it's a major thing going forward. It is disappointing to get the winning run to third twice in the extra frames and be unable to get him home. Top part of the lineup was pretty bad tonight too.

We'll be fine.

sometimes you can't hit in the clutch it happens its baseball, but you have to be excited about this lineup.

Fraley can hit well
Laird one of the best Averages on the team
Bregs don't even need to explain it.
Chinea (I don't know why he is here) but he can hit for power, usually pretty solid against lefties.
Hale really hitting the ball well, has only had one game without a hit so far this season
Stevenson, he was one of the best hitters last season.
Scivicque can hit for power and probably will have a 300+ average
Foster he has a good bat, but has gone through server cold streaks at times
Zardon is know for his hitting not his glove.

There isn't a hole in this lineup, there is no guy you can relax and just through strikes. All 9 of our guys can hit for a high average, and 6/7 of our 9 guys can hit for power. This is a Scary lineup, but games like this makes LSU baseball fans look poorly on our team.
