Sure you can pay more for a thicker one, or a stainless one, etc, but it's basically a vessel to boil some water

I wouldn't get caught up in quality too much unless I was using it every weekend

So would buying the pot separate from one of these burners suffice? What's wrong with the banjo burner in the OP?
